Mark A. Bogar, CFA
Director
International Equity
Mark is the Lead Portfolio Manager of The Boston Company's International Equity and International Small Cap Equity strategies; he is also on the portfolio management team of the Global Equity strategy. Mark is responsible for research coverage of the non-US consumer sectors.
Before joining The Boston Company, Mark served as a Portfolio Manager at Putnam Investments, overseeing the firm's Consumer Sector Group. Prior to that at Putnam, Mark was a Portfolio Manager for the Global Core Equities Strategy, focusing on the consumer and technology sectors. In his 13-year career at Putnam, he also held positions as an Equity Analyst, working with all styles of stocks (value, core and growth) both domestically and internationally, and as Manager of Pricing Operations. He began his career at State Street in mutual fund accounting.
Mark received a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.

Joseph M. Corrado, CFA
Senior Managing Director
US Small Cap and Small Mid Cap Value
Joe is the Lead Portfolio Manager on The Boston Company's US Small and SMID Value team. He has worked in the equity investments industry for 35 years and has been managing small and SMID cap assets since 1998. Joe came to The Boston Company from Standish, Ayer & Wood, where his roles included Analyst, Portfolio Manager and Director of Equity Research. Earlier in his career, Joe held equity research positions at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Manufacturers Hanover Trust and New York Life Insurance Co. He holds a degree in Finance from New York University.

David A. Daglio, CFA
Senior Managing Director
US Opportunistic Value
David is the Lead Portfolio Manager on the US Opportunistic Value strategies. He also maintains research coverage of REITs, Special Situations and Macro-Economic trends for the team. David joined The Boston Company in 1998 as an Equity Analyst on the Opportunistic Value Team. His responsibilities included coverage of the consumer, financial and technology sectors. He was named a Portfolio Manager in 2003 and in 2005 David was named lead manager of all the portfolios managed by the Opportunistic Value Investment Team.
Prior to joining The Boston Company in 1998, David served as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group where he developed extensive operational and financial models for a variety of industries including the financial service and telecommunication sectors. Additional managerial and operating experience was gained in his six years at The Dannon Company which included plant management and the coordination of the design and construction of their largest plant.
David received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Macroeconomics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He earned an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and while there spent two years as a Teaching Assistant in the International Economics Group. He is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and a CFA charter holder.

Brian C. Ferguson
Senior Managing Director
US Large Cap Value
Brian is the Senior Portfolio Manager on The Boston Company's Dynamic Large Cap Value strategy, a position he has held since 2003. He also functions as the team analyst responsible for the health care and financials sectors. Brian has 22 years of industry experience and has been with the firm since 1997.
Brian joined The Boston Company as a Research Analyst on the Small and Mid Cap Opportunistic Value Team, focusing on financial services and consumer-related stocks. In 2000, he became a portfolio manager of the firm's Mid Cap Value strategy at the time of its successful launch.
Before joining the firm, he was a Research Analyst on the Vanguard Windsor Fund at Wellington Management. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Director of General Electric Capital Corp.'s corporate treasury group and graduated from GE's Financial Management Program (FMP).
Brian received a BA in Economics and International Relations from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance. Brian is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Sean P. Fitzgibbon, CFA
Senior Managing Director
Global and Emerging Markets Equity
Sean is the Lead Portfolio Manager for The Boston Company's Global Equity, Emerging Markets Equity and Multi-Alpha Market Neutral Equity strategies. He is also responsible for research coverage of the global health care sector.
Sean joined The Boston Company in 2003 and has been working on the US Large Cap Core Team since 1994, previously at our affiliate Standish Mellon Asset Management. While at Standish, Sean served as Vice President, leading the Large Core Equity Team and guiding portfolio strategy and stock selection. Previous equity coverage responsibilities have included health care, consumer discretionary, consumer staples and utilities at The Boston Company and health care, financials and consumer durables at Standish. He has 21 years of experience in the industry.
Sean received a BS in Economics from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.

D. Kirk Henry, CFA
Senior Managing Director
Emerging Markets Value
Kirk joined The Boston Company to spearhead the firm's International Value Equity Group. He currently serves as the Lead Portfolio Manager on the Emerging Markets Value and Emerging Markets Small Cap Value Equity strategies; he is also a Senior Portfolio Manager on the International Value portfolio management team.
Prior to joining The Boston Company, he was Executive Vice President at Cseh International & Associates Inc. Previously, he was an International Portfolio Manager at Provident Capital Management Inc. Kirk started his career as a Securities Analyst with First Chicago Investment Advisors and Sears Investment Management Co.
Kirk earned a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago. Kirk holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Institute and The Boston Security Analysts Society.

Jeffrey D. McGrew, CFA
Managing Director
US Large Cap Core
Jeff is the Lead Portfolio Manager for The Boston Company's US Large Cap Core Equity and US Large Cap Core 130/30 Equity strategies. Additionally, he serves on the portfolio management team of the Global Equity strategy. He is responsible for research coverage of the global financial, industrials and technology sectors.
Jeff joined The Boston Company in 2003 and has been working on the US Large Cap Core Team since 2002, previously at our affiliate, Standish Mellon Asset Management. He has 21 years of experience in the industry. Prior to his tenure at Standish, he served as an Equity Analyst at Fidelity Investments, conducting research on the technology, financial and telecommunication sectors.
Jeff received a BA in Finance from Wittenberg University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Case Western Reserve University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.

Elizabeth Slover
Senior Managing Director
US Large Cap Growth, Global Research
Elizabeth is the Director of The Boston Company's Global Research Team, overseeing research for the U.S., EAFE and Emerging Markets. Elizabeth is also a Portfolio Manager on the US Large Cap Growth Equity strategy.
Before joining The Boston Company, Elizabeth was with Chancellor LGT Asset Management (now Invesco), where she worked for the Director of Equities, responsible for managing the Equity Research Group. Before joining Chancellor, Elizabeth was in the Equity Research Department of Smith Barney, where she worked for the Chief Investment Strategist.
She received a BA in Political Science from Union College.

Clifford A. Smith, CFA
Senior Managing Director
Non-US Value
Cliff serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager on The Boston Company's International Value portfolio management team and as the Lead Portfolio Manager on the EAFE Value, Non-US Value and ACWI ex-US Value Equity strategies.
Prior to joining The Boston Company, Cliff was a telecommunications and technology industry analyst for the Corporate Banking Division of Mellon Bank. Before that, he worked as a project manager for the U.S. Department of Energy.
Cliff received a BS in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, an MS in Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

John Truschel, CFA
Executive Vice President, Global Head of Investment Strategy
Portfolio Engineering, Quantitative Research
John oversees the Portfolio Engineering and Quantitative Research teams and works with clients and investment teams to build market-responsive solutions tailored to meet clients' investment needs. Previously he served as Chief Investment Officer for The Boston Company and has been with the firm for eight years.
John joined The Boston Company from Standish Mellon Asset Management in 2003, when the Standish Equity Team was merged with The Boston Company. At Standish, John served as Portfolio Manager for the firm's balanced accounts. He chaired the Standish Asset Allocation Committee and consulted with clients on their particular risk tolerance, time horizon and cash-flow needs to determine the best policy mix for each account. He was then responsible for managing the accounts within those policy guidelines and for reporting results to the clients.
Before joining Standish, John served as a senior analyst with The Tower Group, where he covered technology products used by investment management firms. Prior to that, John was a product manager at Fidelity Investments, where his duties included developing and marketing asset allocation products using Fidelity and non-Fidelity funds for the intermediary marketplace. John began his career in 1985 with Federated Investors, where he served in various client service and product development roles.
John received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business. He holds a BA in History and Religion from Westminster College. John is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Todd W. Wakefield, CFA
Managing Director
US Small, Small Mid and Mid Cap Growth
Todd is the Lead Portfolio Manager on The Boston Company's US Small, Small Mid and Mid Cap Growth Investment Team. He also conducts research on the consumer, energy and materials sectors.
Prior to joining The Boston Company, Todd served as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Fleet Investment Advisors. Previous to that, he was an Operations Supervisor at Fleet.
Todd received a BS from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Todd holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
