INVESTMENT TEAMS

"Equal access to intellectual capital" is a phrase which encapsulates what our investment teams are all about. We are a 'no star' system and instead opt for the team approach to investing. Collaboration is the lifeblood of our investment ingenuity because it draws out the very best of our creativity, innovation, and original thinking. Crucial to our success is a comprehensive research capability that is resident within portfolio teams and within an independent group of analysts we call our Core Research Team. Decision making occurs within independent portfolio teams, organized around our long-standing commitment to accountability. Small, responsive, and decisive, these portfolio teams are comprised of seasoned investment professionals who have the integrity of their specific investment mandates as their first priority.
