David H. Cameron, CFA
Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Dave is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Boston Company. Dave's previous roles at The Boston Company include Chief Investment Officer, Director of US Equities, as well as Director of Core and Growth Strategies.
Prior to his tenure at The Boston Company, Dave served as the Chief Equity Officer and Portfolio Manager at Standish Mellon Asset Management. At Standish, his duties included the oversight of each of the firm's domestic and international investment management teams and the setting of broad investment strategy and portfolio policy. In addition to this, Dave was a member of the Executive Committee at Standish. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager with BayBank Investment Management. Prior to that role, he worked as a Research Analyst at Arrow Bancorp.
Dave received a BA in Economics and Political Science from St. Lawrence University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
John Truschel, CFA
Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer
John is Chief Investment Officer at The Boston Company. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Investment Officer, John was the Director of Portfolio Strategy at the firm.
John joined The Boston Company from Standish Mellon in 2003 when the Standish equity teams moved to The Boston Company. At Standish, John managed the firm's balanced accounts, chaired the firm's Asset Allocation Committee, and as Portfolio Manager, he managed both the International Core Equity and International Small Cap mutual funds for client portfolios. After joining The Boston Company, John was the Portfolio Strategist for the International Core Equity team.
Prior to joining Standish Mellon, John served as Senior Analyst with The Tower Group. Previous to that, he was a Product Manager at Fidelity Investments where his duties included developing asset allocation products for the intermediary marketplace. John began his career with Federated Investors.
John received a BA with a concentration in History and Religion at Westminster College. He received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School. John also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
Joseph P. Gennaco
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Joe is the Chief Operating Officer for The Boston Company, where he has executive management responsibilities for all the operating functions that support our business. Joe's areas of responsibilities include: Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Trade Allocation & Modeling, and General Services & Administration. He is a member of The Boston Company's Executive Committee, the BNY Mellon Asset Management Operating Committee, and the COO Forum. Joe also chairs our Brokerage Practices Committee and serves as the primary contact for The Boston Company's Board of Directors.
Joe joined The Boston Company in 2005 and has nearly twenty-eight years of experience in the asset management industry. Before joining The Boston Company, Joe was Director of Client Relationship Management and a worldwide partner at Mercer Human Resources, responsible for ensuring the delivery of world-class services across the firm's client base. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Institutional Client Relationship Management at Putnam Institutional Retirement Services; his duties included maintaining and deepening executive-level relationships with the firm's largest clients and establishing and managing strategic business priorities for the organization. Joe also held a number of senior level positions at Putnam and other firms in the retirement plan marketplace.
Joe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from St. Anselm College.
Richard K. Watson, Jr.
Executive Vice President & Head of Distribution
Richard is the Head of Distribution for The Boston Company.
Previously at The Boston Company, Richard served as the Director of Marketing, managing the new business development and distribution efforts to the defined benefit and defined contribution markets, as well as new product development and client service. Prior to joining The Boston Company, Richard spent two years with State Street Bank and Trust Company and seven years with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith.
Richard is a member of the Advisory Board of the Florida Public Pension Trustees Association (FPPTA), as well as a founding member of the Texas Association of Public Employees Retirement Systems (TEXPERS). In addition, on September 14, 1992, the Governor of Texas commissioned Richard as an Honorary Texan in recognition of his endless commitment to help educate pension fund trustees in the state of Texas.
Richard earned a BA in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross.
D. Kirk Henry, CFA
Senior Managing Director & Director of Non-US Value Equities
Kirk joined The Boston Company to spearhead the firm's Non-US Value Equity Team. He currently serves as the Director of Non-US Value Equities and Lead Portfolio Manager on the Non-US and Emerging Markets Value strategies. Kirk is also a member of The Boston Company's Executive Management Team.
Prior to joining The Boston Company, he was Executive Vice President at Cseh International & Associates Inc. Previously, he was an International Portfolio Manager at Provident Capital Management, Inc. Kirk started his career as a Securities Analyst with First Chicago Investment Advisors and Sears Investment Management Company.
Kirk graduated with a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University. He received an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago. Kirk holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Institute and The Boston Security Analysts Society.
Nicole C. Zimmerman
Director of Human Resources
Nicole is the head of Human Resources at The Boston Company with responsibility for the firm's human resource administration as well as recruiting and employee benefits activity.
Nicole, who has over 14 years of human resource experience, joined The Boston Company in 2001 and in addition to her responsibilities with the firm also serves in a similar capacity for other investment subsidiaries within BNY Mellon Asset Management. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Internet Venture Works, LLC, Vice President of Internet Securities, Inc., Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Cross Country Group, and Human Resources Manager at Trans National Group Services International.
Nicole received her BS in Business Administration from Bentley College.
