Bart A. Grenier
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer
Bart is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of The Boston Company Asset Management, LLC.
A seasoned investment management professional, Bart joined the firm in 2011 from Deutsche Asset Management, where he served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Investments. He began at the company in 2005 and served as a member of the Global Operating Committee for the Asset Management Division and maintained numerous responsibilities as part of the Institutional Global Investment, Risk, and Strategy Committees.
Bart began his investment management career in 1986 as an Equity Analyst with National Life Investment Management Company, Inc. Subsequently joining Duff & Phelps Corp. as Vice President and Senior High Yield Analyst, he then moved to Fidelity Management & Research Company in 1991. Over the next 15 years, Bart advanced to higher positions of management, becoming Senior Vice President and Head of the High Income Division in 1996, President of Fidelity Ventures in 2000, and ultimately Senior Vice President and Voting Shareholder. Active in many aspects of Fidelity Management, Bart was a member of the Compensation Committee, the Fidelity Distribution Committee, the Ballyrock CLO Board of Investment Committee, and several others. He also served as President of the Strategic Advisors Board.
Educated at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Master of Science in Management, Bart worked as a Senior Chemical Engineer before beginning his career as an investment management professional. An active member of his community, Bart is dedicated to important charities including The American Ireland Fund, The Nantucket Dreamland Foundation, and Autism Speaks Inc. His leisure activities include running, gardening, and playing tennis.

Joseph P. Gennaco
President & Chief Operating Officer
Joe is the President and Chief Operating Officer for The Boston Company Asset Management, LLC, where he has executive management oversight of both the Operating and Distribution divisions. Joe's managerial responsibilities include: Distribution, Operations, Technology, Equity Trading, Compliance, Finance and Support Services. He is a member of the firm's Management and Investment Committees, the BNY Mellon Asset Management Operating Committee and the COO Forum. Joe also chairs our Operating and Brokerage Practices Committees and serves as the primary contact for The Boston Company's Board of Directors.
Joe joined The Boston Company in 2005 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the asset management industry. Before joining The Boston Company, Joe was Director of Client Relationship Management and a worldwide partner at Mercer Human Resources. In that role, he was responsible for ensuring the delivery of world class services across the firm's client base as well as the integration and build-out of a multi-practice relationship management model that provided a strategic overlay to Mercer's product set. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Institutional Client Relationship Management at Putnam Institutional Retirement Services; his duties included maintaining and deepening executive level relationships with the firm's largest clients and establishing and managing strategic business priorities for the organization. Joe also held a number of senior level positions at Putnam and other firms in the asset management industry.
Joe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from St. Anselm College.

Daniel J. McCormack
Executive Vice President & Global Head of Distribution
Responsible for one of the firm's three operating divisions, Dan manages sales and marketing efforts to the North American institutional marketplace, including public, corporate, defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as endowments/foundations. He also oversees the Portfolio Strategy and Marketing & Communications teams as well as the BNY Mellon Asset Management sales-channel efforts on behalf of The Boston Company in North American intermediary and global intermediary/institutional distribution.
Previously at The Boston Company, Dan was the Director of Sales and Relationship Management, overseeing the Institutional Sales, Relationship Management and Consultant Relations teams and leveraging the firm's strengths across global internal distribution channels. Before joining The Boston Company, Dan served as a Senior Consultant Relations Officer at John Hancock Advisers, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the firm's consultant relations program. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Preferred Financial Corporation.
Dan received a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.

John Truschel, CFA
Executive Vice President & Global Head of Investment Strategy
John oversees the Portfolio Engineering and Quantitative Research teams and works with clients and investment teams to build market-responsive solutions tailored to meet clients' investment needs. Previously he served as Chief Investment Officer for The Boston Company and has been with the firm for eight years.
John joined The Boston Company from Standish Mellon Asset Management in 2003, when the Standish Equity Team was merged with The Boston Company. At Standish, John served as Portfolio Manager for the firm's balanced accounts. He chaired the Standish Asset Allocation Committee and consulted with clients on their particular risk tolerance, time horizon and cash-flow needs to determine the best policy mix for each account. He was then responsible for managing the accounts within those policy guidelines and for reporting results to the clients.
Before joining Standish, John served as a senior analyst with The Tower Group, where he covered technology products used by investment management firms. Prior to that, John was a product manager at Fidelity Investments, where his duties included developing and marketing asset allocation products using Fidelity and non-Fidelity funds for the intermediary marketplace. John began his career in 1985 with Federated Investors, where he served in various client service and product development roles.
John received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business. He holds a BA in History and Religion from Westminster College. John is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
